Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you purchase a story, we collect your phone number and associate it with your order. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We may also collect a general timezone estimate (inferred from your area code) to ensure story messages arrive at the right time of day.

How we use it

Your phone number is used only to deliver your story. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit opt-in. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required to deliver the service (e.g., our SMS/iMessage delivery providers).

No mobile information (phone numbers or SMS opt-in) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Blooio for iMessage delivery, and Telnyx for SMS delivery. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We use Neon for database hosting and Vercel for our website.

Data retention

We retain your phone number and delivery records for up to 12 months after your story completes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@nextmessage.club.
